Thawing

Thaw overnight in the fridge or

Thaw on your counter for two or three hours.
Slicing

Run a sharp knife under very hot water
-
Quickly dry it off and then slice
-
Repeat for each cut.
Special Tip
-
Slice your cheesecake while it is still partially frozen
-
Wrap well with plastic wrap and put back in freezer
-
You can take out individual slices to thaw as desired
