SLICING
Slicing your cheesecake can sometimes be tricky. Try running a sharp knife under very hot water, quickly drying it off, and then making the slice. Repeat for each cut.
THAWING
NEXT DAY: Put in your fridge the night before
SAME DAY: Leave it on your counter
for an hour or two.
